In 2005 Aby C. Manalo founds Pet shop, a retail pet store located in Paninsingin Lipa City, Batangas. Aby’s Pet Shop is billed as the first "Pet Store" for pets in Paninsingin Lipa City. Little pet is founded. The company starts as an importer of European and Asian pet like Dogs, Cats, Fish, Reptiles, Birds and Small Animals marketed under the Abys’s Pet brand. In 2006 within a year of opening his first pet store, Abys’s Pet Shop had expanded into a 3 store enterprise located in Calaca Batangas, Nasugbu Batngas and Tagaytay with more than 6 employees each. In 2007 Aby C. Manalo acquires little pet. The acquisition creates the ability to supply and create innovative products for his Abys’s Pet Center under the Abys’s Pet brand. During 2007 Little pet continued developing and importing pet products for all types of pets including Dogs, Cats, Fish, Reptiles, Birds and Small Animals under the Aby’s Pet brand. The new product changed little pet direction to specializing in designing products exclusively for Small Animals Aby’s Pet finds its niche. In 2008 The Abys’s Pet brand and the company officially begin designing all new products exclusively for Small Animals. In 2009 Central Garden and Pet acquires little pet. Today, Aby’s Pet manufactures more than 100 different products for pet birds and small animals, with more than 200 of those products made in Tagaytay at Mahogany Ave. The Aby’s Pet brand continues to be recognized as the leading brand of products for small animals and pet birds. On the other hand, Aby’s Pet Center uses manual transaction since it was built. Aby C. Manalo said that on the past 7 years of their pet shop, they do manual transaction every day but, like now we are in the computer world, Aby’s Pet Center feel tired in manual transaction of their supplies & pet. So Aby C. Manalo decided that the manual transaction should become online transaction. We ask Aby C. Manalo about what is more easy for her, manual transaction or online transaction, She answered clearly that manual transaction are hard to do, you need patience on your costumer because costumer always changing their minds. She also answered that manual transaction is so tiring and brainstorming. They want manual transaction because the costumer won’t be satisfied unless they haven't seen or tested the animal or product.
